LVC have modern and well-equipped facilities to help our esteemed students to feel at home and aid their performance. As a mark of our quality, we are constantly updating, refurbishing and making improvements to our facilities to be abreast with the dynamics of modern technology some of these are:
Classrooms
We have several classrooms that are fully equipped with the latest tutorials and learning amenities. All the seats are very comfortable for the body posture. All our classrooms are well-lit with proper ventilation providing our students with a conducive and stimulating environment.
Library
The Library is well stocked with prescribed reference texts for all our courses. In addition, LVC subscribes to important Course related magazines, journals, periodicals and newsletters which are of interest to students offering different courses. Library consists of few computers exclusive for students research purposes.
State-Of-The-Art Computer Facilities
LVC is one of the few colleges in London which can boast of three fully equipped computer resource centre for all our students. All our computer labs are equipped with the latest technology system with the current range of hardware and software computers to facilitate a networked and systematic computer environment.
We provide a Wi-Fi (Wirelss Broadband Internet Connection) with in the college premises that enables all our students to access the internet and emails free of charge. All our computer labs are designed for both academic and research purposes.
An added value and incentive for all our students is the free tuition for basic computing knowledge.
Common Room
At LVC, we have student common room where one can enjoy their food and snacks, relax and unwind, converse and share ideas with friends and mates.
Course and Career Tutors
The Choice of your course is the choice of your career. At LVC, each programme has a resourceful and dedicated course tutor who is responsible and in charge of the students learning experience. It is their duty and objective to help the student in all issues relating from their choice of course to their career development.
They are there to direct and guide our cherished students from the period of enrolment to the time they finish their course.
This helps our students to feel at home because they are assured and guaranteed of quality tutors who are always available to assist them with their pertinent problems including CV preparation.
Guidance and Counselling Services
At LVC, We are proud of our record of creating and enabling environment that gives you the feeling of “Home Away From Home.”
No matter which part of the globe you come from, we have expert counsellors who are there to counsel you, guide you, direct you and help you to adjust in your new experience as a student in London, Both in academic and non-academic issues.
Sports Facilities
At LVC, we strongly believe in the quotation by the acclaimed poet and satirist, Juvenal Roman (55 AD – 127 AD) “A healthy mind in a healthy body.” The heart and the brain and muscles that pumps blood around the body, and like all muscles it needs exercise to stay healthy. Without it the body is prone to illness and disease. Just a little more active life will make a real difference in your lifestyle.
Due to this, LVC have made special arrangements with local leisure centres which is just a few minutes walk from the college for students to have access to the sports facilities (Subject to conditions)
Student Trips & Tours
LVC Organises students’ educational and social trips periodically within the U.K. and European cities like Paris, Geneva, Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg and Barcelona.
In addition, we help provide our students with all the necessary documentation to help them travel around the world during vacation and holiday periods.
Airport Pick-Up Service
LVC provides all our international students (Upon Request) with an airport pick – up service. All you need to do as an international student is to call or email the college to arrange the service at least one week prior to your arrival in London.
We will do all the arrangement and there is a charge of 120.00 GBP for this service.
Accommodation
London has a range of accommodation facilities to meet your budget. Available accommodation ranges from single rooms, studio flats and converted period houses, to more traditional halls of residence which includes shared apartments.
Approximate price or rent per week ranges between 65-100 GBP depending on the type and facilities available.
All our international students are advised to contact us if they need help with accommodation prior to their arrival in London.
