General:

1. Students enrolled with LVC will be subject to the terms and conditions of LVC Regulations. Any breach of these Terms & Conditions, will lead to disciplinary actions.
2. When a student applies for a particular course, it is for him/her to carry out necessary research, enquiries and take necessary steps to learn about the outline of the course or subjects. Please note that any subsequent objections or allegations by the student will not be entertained by LVC.
3. A student may ask for a change of the subject or course, subject to the following provisions: He/she must make a written application, He/she must give good reasons as to why He/she wants to change a course or subject. The student must apply within 4 weeks from the date of the Induction, The acceptance of the application is a matter of discretion of the LVC Academic Committee, If the application has been passed by the LVC Academic Committee, the student must pay the registration fees for registration of the new subjects or courses which are as follows:
- UK & EU Students £100
- International Students £250

All NVQ Students £500 Note: if the change is effected, the student will also be required to pay registration fees for the new course or subject to the awarding body.
4. If a student is studying a course with a professional body or university external programmes, he/she must register with that professional body or university on their own responsibility.
5. Students are to arrange their own study materials, although LVC will provide lecture handouts, library resources and e-resources.
6. Students must provide copies of academic certificates to assess qualification for admissions and for office records.


Overseas Students Enrolling Abroad:

o If you are an overseas student and you wish to enrolL for a full-time course, for example ACCA or CIMA, to obtain a full time student visa you must take a minimum of 3 papers each term.
o
Overseas students must make payments by Bankers Drafts or Demand Drafts and by bank transfers.
o

o
Overseas students whose visa applications have been refused and who do not wish to re-apply would be entitled to a refund of fees, but £250.00 will be deducted as an administration charge. A visa refusal letter must be sent to the College. Refund will be made within 3 months upon receipt of the visa refusal letter.
o Overseas students, who obtain a student visa through LVC but do not wish to continue study, will lose their eligibility for a refund of tuition fees.
o
If an overseas student does not wish to pursue his/her course with LVC after enrolment, NO refund will be allowed except on medical grounds, supported by documentary evidence, and in such cases the decision of LVC's management shall be final.

Please note: LVC reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Students will be notified of amendments.
