3. International students not yet in the United Kingdom wishing to transfer their course from one term to another due to genuine reasons (such as those under-going visa appeal process) acceptable to the college may do so in writing. The college however, reserves the right to refuse acceptance of such transfers if it is not fully convince of the genuineness of such transfer.

5. Students are entered for examinations only if their attendance is not less than 85% of the total and are recommended by the Principal.
6. Though the College informs, advises and assists students in examination entry procedure, it is entirely the student’s responsibility to register with the professional bodies as Student Members and to register for examinations in time. All examination fees and student membership fees must be paid by the student

8. The College reserves the right to alter dates, fees and any particulars in its prospectus without prior notice.
9. The College accepts no legal liability in the case of accidents, illness, loss of or damage to personal effects and mail. Students will be asked to pay for any damage they cause to the premises and/or property of the college or accommodation arranged by the college.

In the event of refusal of a visa, tuition fees will be refunded (not the registration fees), subject to an administration charge of £300, provided that all original documents issued by the College (acceptance/enrolment letter, receipts), proof of rejection of student visa (a letter issued by the British Embassy/High Commission Authorities, confirming the refusal of visa/entry) and photocopies of all the pages of the passport are returned to the College. All refunds will be made in UK Pounds (£).

13. Course fees may be paid by installments at the discretion of The College. There will be a charge for this facility.
REFUNDS POLICY
REGISTRATION FEES: Registration fees are non-refundable.
TUITION FEES: In order to claim a refund of tuition fees the student or sponsor must meet the following conditions:
a) Advise the Principal in writing of withdrawal from the course four weeks before the start date of the course on the advertised start date or within a reasonable period thereafter.
b) In the case of Local Students, complete and return the Refund Application form along with Student Card and other College property, including all original documentation issued by the college.
c) International students or their sponsors must return all original documents issued by the College (acceptance / enrolment letter, receipts etc) which were issued by the College and proof of rejection of student visa (a letter issued by the British Embassy / High Commission or British Immigration Authorities, confirming the refusal of visa / entry) and photocopies of all the pages of their passports.
Refunds will be calculated as follows:
1. Home / International students (based in the UK): From the tuition fees paid £300 will be retained by the College and the balance of the fees paid will be refunded if they meet conditions (a, and b) set out above, and the college must be satisfied that the student has not taken any advantage of college documents and references. This includes the arrival into, or extension of stay in, the UK, Council Tax and other benefits or services.
2. International students (not based in the UK): Tuition fees will be refunded after £100 deduction of administration cost only after they meet conditions (a, b and c) stated above. Should the student wish to appeal against an entry clearance/visa decision, the College will provide documentation for the next available session at no extra cost if the student/sponsor does not apply for a refund.
No refund will be made if the student or sponsor has not met the conditions set out above or the student is required by the Home Office to leave the UK because of non-attendance or poor-attendance or because of any breach of the law.
Refunds will be made to the person or organization that initially made the payment.
Fees are not refundable if, after the commencement of the course, the student stops attending or leaves the course before its completion or is suspended by the College owing to non-attendance, misconduct etc.

Should the college be asked to arrange accommodation for a student, a minimum of four weeks rent is required in advance by the college as a deposit in order to secure the students accommodation. This deposit is non-refundable should the student find alternative accommodation.
